StackBack sends WhatsApp notifications on behalf of Shopify merchants. We process merchant account data and end-customer contact data (phone numbers and WhatsApp message logs).

To request deletion of your data:

Email privacy@stackback.ai with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and the phone number or store associated with your data, or
If you are a merchant, uninstall StackBack from your Shopify admin — this triggers deletion of your store’s data.

What we delete: stored WhatsApp credentials, contact phone numbers, and message event logs.

Timeline: within 30 days of the request.

Status: we reply with a confirmation code; check the status of your request at https://app.stackback.ai/data-deletion/status.
