Can I use Razorpay for subscriptions on Shopify?

Yes. With StackBack, renewals are charged through your Razorpay account using AutoPay on UPI and cards.

Do I need Razorpay Subscriptions enabled?

Not for prepaid and pay-as-you-go plans: they check out through the Razorpay you already have on your Shopify checkout. For AutoPay, there's nothing to enable either. Our team sets it up with Razorpay for you, and if your account ever needs attention (say, a pending re-KYC), we coordinate the fix with Razorpay directly.

Will Razorpay settlements change?

No. Renewals settle into your Razorpay account like any other payment.

How do I integrate Razorpay with Shopify for subscriptions?

If Razorpay is already on your Shopify checkout, there's nothing extra to integrate for prepaid and pay-as-you-go plans. Install StackBack and add the subscription widget. For AutoPay, our team connects your Razorpay account during onboarding.
